The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry is introduced to a completely local and national personnel information system developed by its software team. Thanks to this system, all personnel affairs of the ministry employees will be carried out through this system.
Domestic and national "Personnel Information and Management System" software, which is fully developed by the staff of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, General Directorate of Staff and Department of Information Technologies, will be implemented soon.
15 MILLION TURKISH LIRAS INVESTMENT WAS REQUIRED
Approximately 15 million Turkish Liras investment was required, but with this application which has been developed by the Ministry's own staff, about 152 thousand personnel's (working in the central and provincial organizations of the Ministry) operations like personal information, assignment, displacement, staff, promotion, retirement, discipline, permission, declaration of goods can be made at no cost.
1st PHASE OF THE SOFTWARE HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND 400 PEOPLE TRAINED
After the completion of the official personnel follow-up section, which was the first phase of the software, approximately 400 people working in the provincial organization were given in-service trainings related to the use and development of the system. The studies continue to extend the application to the all of the Ministry's departments.
PERSONNEL AND TIME SAVING WILL BE PROVIDED
With the application that will be put into service, each unit will be able to see and edit the information related to its staff within the scope of its authority, and the work and operations can be carried out through the application. Many work will be done in electronic environment automatically, so personnel and time savings will be ensured.
In addition, thanks to this application, Ministry staff will be able to follow their personal information and to transmit their demands which are the most important needs of the staff.
PREVENTING OF SUBMITTING FAILED DATA
The system will also collect information such as knowledge, experience, skills, training and expertise of the employees so that statistical data can be collected and delivered to relevant units or authorities. The Social Security Institution Service Tracking Program (HİTAP) data will be transferred electronically and incorrect data will not be sent.
OFFICIAL PERSONNEL FOLLOW-UP SECTION WILL BE USED IN FEBRUARY
The official personnel follow-up section, which was the first phase of the software, will be opened to all service units of the Ministry in February 2019, and in the second phase, with BELGENET, ARSİVNET and e-signature, integration studies and software developments related to contracted personnel and worker personnel will be made.
