Minister of Agriculture and Forest Dr. Bekir Pakdemirli who attended the opening ceremony of Izmir Chamber of Commerce (İZTO) service office on Karabağlar Yeşillik Street, stated that İzmir is an important place in the development of processed food products sector and added "We will do our part in agriculture-based industry."
PURPOSE IS TO TAKE A FAST SERVICE TO CITIZENS
In his speech at the opening ceremony, Dr. Pakdemirli stated that the traders will be able to reach room services more quickly and that he benefited from the services of İZTO and the fertility of the region in the 1990s. Then continued his speech as follows; "Turkey ranks first in agricultural revenue in Europe, and therefore there is a big development in the country from agriculture to the economy. Our purpose is to take a fast service to citizens. We are aware of the need to take on processed food products and Izmir is an important place for this. We do our part in agriculture-based industry."
The Minister Pakdemirli emphasized that the works on the organized greenhouse area were completed; and continued "We need to talk about how we can serve Izmir better. I plan to return to Izmir after the ministerial position and I have concerns that my children will have or not business here. We need to make Izmir a place where not only the retirees live, but all of us."
Pakdemirli stated that Karabağlar district is an important region for the evaluation of forest products and pointed out that wood which is more resistant to fire and used in buildings in Europe could be better evaluated.
Minister Pakdemirli within the scope of his Program, visited some neighborhoods in Karabağlar district and met with tradesmen around Ücyol. Pakdemirli also chatted with Ibrahim Tatlises, who has a kebab shop in the region, and asked about the health status of the famous artist and received information on how the jobs.
