Agricultural Credit Call Center, 444 48 55 (444 4 TKK), has been put into service with a ceremony with the participation of General Director Fahrettin Poyraz (PhD) in Samsun.
The first calls from the farmers were answered by Governor of Samsun Osman Kaymak and General Manager Fahrettin Poyraz within the scope of the ceremony.
The call center service for farmers in cooperation with Agricultural Credit and AssisTT will be provided through the call center operation unit in Samsun location. With this cooperation, Agricultural Credit Cooperatives aims to finalize the suggestions, requests and complaints regarding its products and services as soon as possible.

Fahrettin Poyraz, General Manager of the Agricultural Credit Cooperatives, stated that the Agricultural Credit Cooperatives are the first institutions that come to mind when we talk about the co-operative in the agricultural sector in our country and he said "One of the most important reasons for this is our deep-rooted past, another reason is the close bond we have established with our producers. For this reason, the call center that we are opening is very important for us. Agricultural Credit Cooperatives is a large family with a capacity to reach 80 million people, not just 850 thousand partners. We will be closer to our producers with our call center. In addition to informing about the products and services offered by our cooperatives; we will respond to the suggestions, demands and problems of our farmers in the fastest way."
Agricultural Credit Call Center, will serve over the line 444 4 855 (444 4 TTK) with 10 with Customer Representative and 1 Team Leader from 08:00 to 19:00 hours 6 days a week (except Sunday).
