Duties and Authorities​

To carry out the works related to the personal rights of the personnel of the General Directorate,

To carry out the works and transactions of the General Directorate regarding administrative and financial affairs,

To follow the works related to the budget, program and strategic planning, to prepare the annual reports,

To carry out and coordinate the works related to the tender and procurement processes within the authority of the General Directorate,

To carry out civil defense related services of the General Directorate,

To carry out training, publication and presentation activities, to organize or coordinate conferences, seminars and similar organizations on the subjects related with the scope of duty of the General Directorate,

To carry out the works related to the documents, archives, inventory, statistics and library services of the General Directorate,

To carry out documentation studies in order to evaluate the information regarding the duties of the General Directorate and to convey it to the relevant institutions and units,

In matters related to the field of duty of the General Directorate; To carry out works related to coordination with relevant units, institutions and organizations,

To carry out the presentation, web page design and update works of the General Directorate and to coordinate with the relevant units,

 Coordinating opinions and information gathering letters from institutions and organizations,

To perform similar duties assigned by the General Manager.
