Duties of Department of Administrative Affairs and Coordination are as such:
- To ensure coordination among all departments under the Directorate General (DG),
- To conduct activities of General Directorates related to documents, information, registration and archive,
- To follow staff of the DG on trainings and personal benefits,
- To prepare and control performance program of the Directorate General,
- To conduct studies related to DG's Internal Control and to ensure coordination among the units of the DG on this matter,
- To prepare and coordinate DG budget pursuant to plans and programs,
- To prepare foreign training programs for staff and to follow these operations,
- To pay membership and contribution fee of international organizations of which the Ministry is a member,
- To conduct and follow activities concerning Ministry's foreign mission,
- To conduct activities on movables of the DG,
- To fulfill other duties as instructed by the DG.
