In official controls carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on the export of live animals and products, the request of the recipient country is valid.

1. Checks Before The Export Stage;
- - Export Permit (mandatory for countries that apply an approval procedure and also for aquaculture businesses)

2. Controls at the export stage;
Document control; The requested documents are clearly stated in the instruction. Petition, declaration, label commitment, attached list for more than one animal product, Trade registry gazette or activity certificate, letter of attorney, etc.
For aquatic products; also proforma invoice, certificate of origin or veterinary dispatch report, preliminary health certificate

- Identity check; Visual control of whether certificates or other documents match the label and content of the product.

Physical Control; other controls necessary to verify compliance with the Law, which may include transportation, packaging, labeling, temperature control, sampling for laboratory analysis and testing.
3. Certification;
Veterinarians who will issue certificates;
- For aquatic products, it should be included in the inspector list published on the Ministry's website.
- For others, a signature copy must be sent to the Ministry.

Preliminary Health Certificate/Veterinary Health Report: A preliminary health certificate is issued after the same checks are carried out in seafood exports. The relevant certificate is converted into a veterinary health certificate prepared in the appropriate language by the provincial directorate where the customs administration is located where the exit process is carried out.

- Health Certificate/Additional Declaration: It is issued by the Animal Health and Breeding Branch Directorate of the provincial directorates or by veterinarians appointed in authorized districts, after all checks are carried out. When veterinary health certificates are prepared, they are sent to the Provincial Directorates. Information in the form of certificates or additional declarations requested by the importing country can only be used after obtaining the opinion of the Ministry and being approved by the Ministry.
