The main aim of ISTA techniccal Committes is to develop, strandirdize and validate ways to exemplify and test seed quality using already existing scientific information. ISTA Technial Committees regularly arrange workshops to create a platform for exchanging ideas, knowledge and experiences.

A workshop will be taking place in Karacabey/Bursa regarding Seed Sampling & Quality Assurance in Sampling in collaboration with ISTA, ISTA Seed Sampling Technical Committee and Variety Registration Seed Certification Center between 5-8 September 2022. Trainings will be given by Seed Sampling Committee members Eddie Goldschagg, Leena Pietilä, Gerry Hall, Bülent ÖZTÜRK.
